Today is really a bad day for me due to a nasty fall from my bike while descending on a gravel downhill from the highest peak of SengLidaban (4280m).I knew I had to go slow on this gravel road with my schwallbe semi-slick tyre,but accident still happens when my front tyre hits a loose spot and I lost control at a speed of 25-30kmh.At that time,Heather was abt 30m in front of me, I presume she did not hear the cry fr me as her speed also abt the same.I was on the ground for 5 min ,no movement but was conscious to make sure I am ok. I slowly lift up the bike on top of me but my right shoulder was in pain, there are bruises also in my left leg,my side mirror and sunglass were broken beyond repair.other than that ,nothing serious!Guess I have to buy them somewhere as both are important items that I can do without.All in all it was a lucky escape. Lesson learned and I will have to be more careful from now on. Don't worry,my frens out there,Meng will survive to accomplish the mission!
