From Bratislava to Wien on paper is 57 km but ended up 81 km cos' the bike lane will leads you to country side of longer distance. Started at 10 am checkout time, still feeling the effects of diarrhoea , the legs just refused to pedal hard , the average speed dropped to a slow 13 kmh on a flat road with a moderate side wind. Have surfed the net for a hostel in Wien target to stay in the popular Wombat City hostel located in Westbanholf , but a mistake of crossing over to the other side of Dunav midway resulted a long walked from Northbanhof to Westbanhof at the longest shopping street of Mariahif in wien. It was almost dark at 7.30pm when finally registered for a room in the Wombat.
